Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Webynn LLC, doing business as BundleHalal. By using the BundleHalal app, website, or related services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Using BundleHalal
You may use BundleHalal to browse and purchase physical groceries and related products from participating vendors. You agree to provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information and to use the service only for lawful personal or household purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Guest checkout may be available. You can delete a BundleHalal account from the Account tab in the app. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, vendors, or the service from fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Products, prices, and availability
Participating vendors provide product descriptions, availability, pricing, and fulfillment information. Product appearance, weight, substitutions, and availability may vary. Prices, fees, taxes, delivery coverage, and promotions are shown before you submit an order and may change before an order is placed.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfillment. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Please review your cart, address, delivery instructions, charges, and payment method before completing checkout.
Delivery, cancellations, and refunds
Delivery times are estimates and can change because of preparation time, traffic, weather, driver availability, or other circumstances. Contact BundleHalal support promptly if an address or order needs attention. Cancellations, substitutions, refunds, and returns depend on order status, food-safety requirements, vendor policy, and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, violate another person’s rights, resell the service, or use BundleHalal in a way that violates applicable law.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep BundleHalal accurate and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, BundleHalal is provided as available without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated on this page. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Minnesota, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
