We collect information you provide when you create an account, save a delivery address, place an order, contact support, or use features in the BundleHalal app or website. This can include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and instructions, account identifiers, order history, and communications with us.

If you choose to use your current location, we use precise location long enough to help fill your address and show nearby stores. You can instead enter an address manually. If you enable notifications, we receive a device notification token so we can send order updates.

We also collect limited diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data, to keep the service reliable. We do not receive or store your full payment card number; checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

We use information to create and secure accounts, show available stores and products, process and deliver orders, provide live order updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the performance and safety of BundleHalal.

We share only the information needed to operate the service with vendors fulfilling an order and with providers that support authentication, hosting, checkout and payment, maps, delivery, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting. These include Apple, Google, Supabase, Shopify, Mapbox, Sentry, and delivery providers assigned to an order. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers and the service. BundleHalal does not sell personal information.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can delete your BundleHalal account in the app under Account → Delete account. This removes the account and personal profile. We may retain limited transaction records when required for payments, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

You can use guest browsing and checkout, enter an address manually, decline location or notification permission, change permissions in your device settings, and update saved delivery information in the app. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.

BundleHalal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its effective date.
